The Peachtree International Triathlon is an intermediate distance triathlon with
a .93 mile swim, 25 mile bike and 6.2 mile run.

The race start/finish and transition are will be held at Drake Field
in Peachtree City, GA. Drake Field is located adjacent to the Peachtree
City Library - 101 Willowbend Drive, Peachtree City GA 30269.

Packet Pick Up: Packets can be picked up Friday, May 16th at Drake Field from 5-7pm.
Packets can also be picked up on Saturday, May 17th from 5:30-7:00am.

Swim: The race will start promptly at 7:30am.
The swim will be a point to point swim in Lake Peachtree.
Wetsuits will probalby be allowed as the water temperature is usually about 75 degrees.

Bike: The bike is 25 miles and includes some moderate hills.

Run: The run is held entirely on the famous Peachtree City golf cart paths.
There will be mile markers every mile as well as plenty of aid stations
with gatorade and water.

Transition area will open on Saturday at 5:30am.

Awards will be held at 10:30am in front of the Peachtree City Library.
Awards will be given out three deep in every age catagory as well as
Overall, Masters, GrandMasters, Clydesdales, Athenas and Relays.
Please stay for the awards as there is a good chance you received one!

possible and Peachtree City for being wonderful hosts to this great event!








Tri4Gold is a non-profit organization based in Peachtree City, Georgia dedicated to promoting
a healthy lifestyle through the sport of triathlon. The proceeds from the Peachtree International
Triathlon will benefit the Peachtree City Parks and Recreation Department.
In 2007 Tri4Gold, Inc. helped purchase playground equipment for the Huddleston Pond Playground.
